Imagine a time when there will be a choice between surgical sterilization of dogs and cats and a simple injection. Imagine the impact a low cost, easy to administer sterilization procedure would have on the homeless pet population. Imagine preventing the needless killing of innocent, unwanted cats and dogs. The Alliance for Contraception in Cats and Dogs (ACC&D) is working toward making it a reality, right now, and you can help by signing the petition!
Because these products are not yet seen as a major opportunity for pharmaceutical company profit, efforts to achieve this vision must be spurred on by those who are committed to saving pets’ lives. So ACC&D has launched a petition through which individuals and organizations can declare their support of this work. ACC&D will use this petition to demonstrate need and interest, bringing urgency and resources to this effort. Saving Animals’ Founder and President Sean Hawkins and International Medical Director Gil Costas, DVM are among the first supporters of ACC&D.
